Condition: Bi Syndrome •  Stubborn Bi
Treatment: Disperse wind and cold, resolve damp, clear heat, remove obstructions, regulate circulation of Qi and blood and check Bi Syndrome.
Description: Long history of repeated attacks, deformation of joints, severe pain, limited movement, soreness and numbness, swelling of joints, fever, thirst, short, scanty urine or cold sensation in the joints, purple, dark tongue with purple spots, thready, hesitant pulse.

BL11 • Da Zhu • On the upper back, 1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra (T1).
Great Shuttle. Meeting Point on Bladder Channel with Small Intestine, Triple Energizer, Gall Bladder, Spleen and Lung Channels. Meeting Point of Bones.
Explanation: Influential point of the Bone.

BL17 • Ge Shu • On the middle back, 1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the seventh thoracic vertebra (T7).
Diaphragm Shu.
Explanation: Influential point of the Blood

BL18 • Gan Shu • On the middle back, 1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the ninth thoracic vertebra (T9).
